The Old North State 2010 U11/U13/U15 program continues with our FallBall Lacrosse play. We will play on Sundays beginning at 1:00pm and end at 3:00pm. All practices will be held at Pilot and/or Oak Ridge Elementary.  FallBall will begin on Sunday September 12^thand be played each Sunday through the first weekend in December. We will have instructional sessions and participate in fall tournaments which are TBD at this time.
 
Practices will begin promptly at 1:00pm and will end promptly at 3:00pm.
 
We will also have a tournament travel team that will represent ONS at tournaments held through December. The only additional fees are for tournament and travel expenses and a uniform.  The uniform cost is $75.  If your player chooses not to participate in the tournaments, a uniform is not required.  If your player is interested in applying, please email Coach Goldsmith ASAP.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT, IT'S TIME TO THINK ABOUT GETTING YOUR HIGH SCHOOL TEAM ORGANIZED AND SIGNED UP FOR OLD NORTH STATE LACROSSE FALLBALL!


The Old North State FallBall Lacrosse League is entering its 15th year. We will play on Saturdays beginning at 1:00pm and end after the last game. All games will be played at Pilot Elementary.  FallBall will begin on Saturday September 11^thand be played each Saturday through October 23rd. We will have both a Varsity and JV level league. We will keep all teams together.  If you have someone to coach the team that is great, if not, then a coach will be assigned to your team.
Uniforms:  All players are expected to provide their own reversible.
Games will begin on the hour and will consist of two 22 minute running time halves with a 5 minute half time. All time serving penalties will result in a fast break.  Personal fouls will not be wiped out by a goal.
 
We will also have tryouts for 2 tournament travel teams that will represent ONS at tournaments held through December. The only fees are for uniforms and tournament and travel expenses.  The tryout date is Sunday September 19th.  We plan to pick 48 players. If you are interested in trying out please email Coach Goldsmith ASAP.

ONS is pleased to announce that 13 former ONS players were selected this year to play for Team Carolina. This is by far the largest percentage contributed by any local lacrosse school, and is a testimony both to the hard work of our former players, and the hard work of our coaching staff.

Old North State Lacrosse announces that Jay Goldsmith, current starting attackman and team captain at Northwest High, will be offering individual instruction for Bantam,  Elementary and Middle School age players.  This a great opportunity to learn from a first team All State and former TYLA player.  Instruction will be for all positions.  For more information or setting up appointments contact:
